[News] Elena Kong is Kenneth Ma's Ideal Lover

Previously acted as stepmother and stepson in "Silver Spoon Sterling Shackles", Kenneth Ma and Elena Kong now turns into a couple in "Triumph in the Skies 2". During the couple months of filming, the two had gotten close to each other and Kenneth revealed that Elena is the type of women he likes.

Elena Kong: EK
Kenneth Ma: KM

EK: We filmed in France for half a month but Kenneth's character is quite boring. If we didn't film, he'd stay in the hotel all day and I had to convince him to go out. We went to visit the Louvre in France and saved a whole day to go to the London Eye in London. I told him that's better than staying at the hotel all day.

KM: I don't have a lover, but Elena gives me a very different feeling. She's very thoughtful. For example, she knew that we liked traditional dishes so she took us to a Chinatown near there for a meal. We're Chinese so only rice and soup will make us full. We even brought back some soup for the other crew members. They were touched.

EK: Beside sightseeing, we also went shopping. Got Him Law and Kenneth to look after our bags. Kenneth is someone who needs to be looked after. Like asking me whether he should by souvenirs or not and which one. He's very filial though. Where ever we were, he'd say that he'll take his mother there one day.

KM: When my mom looked at the pictures I took with Elena in France and England, she didn't recognize it was Elena and told me to quickly chase after the girl in the picture. My mother was quite disappointed when I told her it was Elena, since Elena already has a boyfriend.

EK: But my boyfriend likes to joke about this. (Her boyfriend is Sandra Ng's brother.) One time at a party, he joked that he was my rumoured boyfriend and that Kenneth was my real boyfriend. Even though Kenneth is not my boyfriend, he's definitely one ideal guy at TVB.

KM: You're saying like TVB is a real estate agency. There are still many ideal guys in TVB like Jason Chan. Moses Chan is also one ideal man. I don't have much money yet. Wait till I save up a few billion before calling me that. In my opinion, being an 'ideal' man should be someone with a successful career and a stable income. I do not dare to say that I am there yet.

KM: I am a very boring person and needs someone to take care of me. That is why I find Elena to be a good example of the type of girls I like. She knows how to take care of others. She can even help me find that ideal person. I will definitely not choose a young girl. My future girlfriend will have to be mature and independent. We will also have to be able to communicate well with each other. Sometimes, I really don't know how a 60 years old can date a 20 years old.

[News] Karma Rider Promotion Event 07/30/13

Just wondering but is anybody watching Karma Rider right now?  It's not bad and I quite like the storyline.  Haha as for Triumph in the Skies 2, would anybody recommend it? :P  I'm scared of tvb's 'grand productions' lately....since they get too draggy OTL

[News] Moses Chan's and Aimee Chan's Wedding

Moses Chan Loves Queen Aimee to Death Tears Up at Wedding Banquet
Moses Chan and Aimee Chan held their wedding banquet on July 17th at 8pm at the Legend Chinese Restaurant in Toronto. That night, Aimee was treated like a queen, Moses held his pregnant wife's hand the entire time and took great care of her. The couple flew around the restaurant stopping by at each of their guests' tables to take pictures with them. Moses stood by Aimee's side the entire night and when he smiled, there were tears in his eyes. When the couple went on stage to make their speeches, Aimee emotionally teared up, while Moses embraced her tightly. He said their baby is comforting Aimee, then he took a tissue out to wipe her tears away. Aimee smiled sweetly in response.

A heartwarming slideshow of "Double Chan" pictures were shown to the guests and they had a singer perform on stage to accompany the warm atmosphere. When the passionate feelings came, the couple couldn't help themselves for a kiss, then the guests wanted more and demanded them to kiss some more.

The wedding banquet had 16 tables. Double Chan had two round bars of handmade gift soap for each guests, the soaps had "with love" written on them. The banquet's decorations were simple with a red carpet for the newly weds and their guests to take pictures on and 5 bodyguards. Double Chan hired a production company to come take instant pictures for the guests; the background printed "I Love You" in several different languages from many different countries. The design is simple, but has a fairytale feel to it. They also autographed thank you cards for their guests.

Thoughts: Not only am I behind on the dramas, I am so behind on the news to right?

Anyways, would love to congrats Moses and Aimee....Didn't think they'd tie the knot so soon, but I'm so happy to see them so happy :) Both have happily found their other half and will be continuing their next stage in life, best wishes to the couple!

Awfully Lawful Episode 3 - Elsa Joins the Firm and Kay's Past

BTW:  This series is underated :P  Why don't I see anybody talking about it!?!?

We continue to hear more about the case (boy's mom suing the gym).

In the beginning, Jazz (Pal Sin) and the others didn't have any evidence against the gym.  Elsa (Selena Li) then comes in with the model that the gym had used for their weight loss advertisements.  Turns out the gym did not helped the model lose weight but it was the other way around.  They had hired a good looking and muscular guy and helped him gain weight instead :P  haha

I find Elsa super adorable!  I also love how cute all her outfits are.....really wished Selena had more scenes :P hehe

Bella Lam plays as Fish's (Johnson Lee) assistant in the firm.  Thing is, that is only her 'part-time' job haha Her real job is working as Elsa's spy.  Though Elsa loves her husband, she can also easily get jealous....extreme level.  Whether its his co-workers or clients, they cannot be pretty girls :P

Lols while Bella reported Fish's interactions with other women to Elsa, I loved how she'd emphasis or add in parts that makes the simple encounters sound suspicious xD

After her report, Bella told Elsa that she will be quiting her job at the firm.  Of course Elsa did not want that and asked her why.  Bella said she wanted to go to Korea and get plastic surgery!!!!!!!!!! LMAO  I thought this was so funny!  Especially when she said she's going to become like one of the members of SNSD!  More so?  Once Elsa heard that, she immediately told her that she does not need to come back to work again :P  Elsa does not like pretty girls lols

Back to Kay's (Sharon CHan) and Tina's (Joyce Tang) story.  From last time, their story went up to the part where Kay was determined to marry the other guy and had a huge argument with her sister over that.  After that guy ditched her, she found out that she's actually pregnant! After giving birth to her child, Kay then decided to go to England to look for that guy (the one that left her).  So in the end without any words, she left her newborn son behind for Tina.

Not particularly interested in their story right now...

Seeing Fish act oddly (and without Bella to be her spy), Elsa follows him and found him flirting with a girl in the parking lot.  Haha though her jealousy level can be extreme at times, I find it quite funny and cute to watch rather than irritating :)

Anyways, this event caused her to join the firm.  Everybody is pretty scared of her because of her family influence (royalty haha).  Lols Elsa's rules for taking on clients?  No 1: If the people is related to her family (which is like...50% of the firm's clients :P), she will not take it.  No 2: If the client is too ugly, she will not take it.  No 3: If the case have too many readings/info, she will also not take it.

Haha I loved Ming Sir's reaction to Elsa's rules.  She indirectly refused...probably 90% of the cases they have :P

In the end Elsa was assigned a case where she had to work with Solo.  (I may not have mention this but Solo and Elsa grew up together, along with the guy that ditched Kay (he's actually Elsa's elder brother).  The three of them grew up together.)

Haha Solo and the client was in a rush to prevent the client's dog from getting put to sleep.  And when Solo told Elsa to hurry up, she was like, "I can't run.  Look at these heels."  LMAO

I liked how this episode showed more of Elsa, since she's probably one of my fav characters right now.  On the downside, this episode have less of Solo :P
